The Bright Horizons program assists you in managing the competing demands of work and family life.

During times when your regular child or adult/elder care is unavailable and you need to be at work, CareAdvantage™ can help. Care options are available across the United States. Care is also available nationwide to cover loved ones who do not live with you. Backup care can be accessed through accredited daycare centers or in home. Center based care costs $15/child/day with a $25/family/day maximum. In-home care costs $6/hour with a 4-hour minimum.
